Hey everyone! I’m Banyan, a freshman at Virginia Tech double majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management and Finance, with a strong interest in the legal side of hotel investment. I spent sophomore through senior year at Langley in Model UN, competing across high school and college conferences, picking up a few gavels along the way. MUN gave me some of my best friendships and some of the most intense, fun weekends of high school. I grew up in Panama during peak Barça era and have supported them ever since, shoutout Suárez. I’m excited to be back chairing the Special Committee on the 2026 FIFA World Cup and can’t wait to see the energy, strategy, and personality you all bring to the room.
