Hello !! My name is Caden Joe, and I’m a freshman at Baylor University, majoring in Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics on the Pre-Law track. I am involved in the Model UN team here, making this my third year involved in MUN !! Outside of that, I am a huge art lover–notably music and fashion– sports fan, and a proud member of the greatest friend group this world has ever seen, The Gubs Blasters. 
MUN truly is one of my biggest passions, and, as a chair, I mainly look for passion and uniqueness in delegates. By no means is there a perfect delegate archetype. I just want to see delegates channeling their individuality, whether that's how they dress, their hooks/speeches, or solutions, and a visible fervor for what they're doing. Solutions and arcs are also quite important, but all I ask for is creativity.
