Hello everyone! My name is Asiya and I am currently a junior! I love science fiction and fantasy novels, so I am very excited to be the Czar for this committee. I have been doing Model UN for almost two years, and I love crisis committees because of their fast pace, interesting topics, and heightened collaboration. I understand that the Dune universe is very confusing, so please make sure to do research and come to committee well-prepared. Additionally, I recommend watching the most recent Dune movies to acclimate yourself to both your character and the issues we will be discussing. Some of the characters in the dossier were created to accommodate the size of this committee, so please keep that in mind. In regard to crisis notes and character arcs, please be creative! While I would like you to stay true to the Dune universe, specifically in terms of specific powers and resources your character may seek to gain, I hope that you will be able to come up with exciting and well-thought out storylines.
