Hi everyone!
I’m Lara and I’ll be your chair for UNSC middle school! I am a sophomore at Langley and have been doing MUN since freshman year. I also swim for Langley and love to bake and play with my dog Lucy. If this is your first time doing MUN or going to VIMUNC, don’t worry! Once you get over the scary part of public speaking, you’ll realize that MUN really is a lot of fun. I have made so many new friends and connections in MUN, and I hope that, during VIMUNC, all of you will too! In terms of what I look for in a delegate, I’m really open minded. Just be creative, charismatic, and funny. Sometimes committee gets a little boring, so don’t be afraid to bring lots of energy and passion with you! I hope to see you all push yourself outside of your comfort zone and try new things in this committee. I can’t wait to see what you come up with!
